Hi, I’m Schermisia Chambers, the founder of VPSSIE, a movement dedicated to helping visionaries, creatives, and leaders align their dreams with actionable strategies. My journey began nearly two decades ago, building community and driving impact through leadership roles at the University of Colorado. Since then, I’ve expanded my reach as a developer, primary investor, and foundation builder, transforming fragmented ideas into cohesive, purpose-driven ecosystems.

With experience spanning business development, creative production, strategic planning, and community building, I’ve had the honor of consulting with nonprofits, businesses, startups, and creatives, including musicians, poets, percussionists, visual artists, and dance companies. Whether guiding individual creators or helping CEOs and teams scale their vision, my passion has always been to help others build with clarity and purpose.

Through VPSSIE, I’ve led projects for renowned organizations like The Potter’s House, T.D. Jakes Enterprises, Curls Beauty Brands, and Catholic Charities Fort Worth.
